Foodie Amber was founded in October 2013 by Amber Lin, as the first consulting firm in Taiwan focused on fostering Taiwan’s food & beverage culture, Amber created Foodie Amber with a vision to change people’s perception of food by melding global trends and cross-culture food aesthetics, and inspiring unprecedented creativity and memorable experiences.

Amber gained PR & marketing experiences in the glamour and fashion business for 6 years before entering the food & beverage industry. Because of her passion for food, she stayed in Italy for several years and received a degree from Scuola di Arte Culinaria Cordon Bleu Firenze. Upon returning to Taiwan, she published popular cooking diaries — “Cooking Mania”, “Cooking Mania in Asia” and “My Little Paris on a Table”. Gathering her rich experiences in different industries and through her unique lens, Amber, along with the team at Foodie Amber, have successfully created many food & beverage brands and high-end events in recent years.
