Over the past year, Agri at Taifong Golf Club has shared the story of our land through food.
To start 2025, Agri presents an exclusive menu by Daniel Calvert, chef of SÉZANNE, Asia’s No.1 & World’s No.15 restaurant, bringing his expertise to Taiwan.

A year in the making, this menu fuses Agri’s Chef Fran’s deep connection to local ingredients with Daniel’s signature French techniques. His iconic Peking duck is reimagined for the first time with Changhua Fangyuan goose.

This marks Chef Daniel’s first overseas event since earning three Michelin stars, blending 20 years of experience, Hong Kong influences, and French techniques into a richly layered menu.
