DOMANI’s very first cross-over project with the A Sha restaurant, perfectly combines the cultures of Taiwanese cuisine with Italian flavors.
From the A Sha signature Steamed Mub Crub with glutinous rice turns over into Italian risotto, to the tranditional Braised Pork Knuckle with rosemary and sauerkraut on the side, end with an old-school ice cream from NINAO.
